Hi, I am Alice. I deeply understand the challenge of finding belonging and self-worth in a shifting world. Before immigrating to Canada in 2017, I spent 13 years as a university professor, giving me profound empathy for academic and career pressures. As a wife, mother to teens, and someone who has worked across various medical settings, I truly get it.

These life experiences shaped my calling as a therapist. In my warm, non-judgmental space, I will use DBT, EFT, and CBT to help you ground yourself during emotional storms, develop healthy coping tools, and rebuild authentic connections with yourself and your loved ones.
